Hey Guys,
I missed communicating with you and wanted to let you know that I’m still evolving. To those who are continuing to boldly embrace being single, I applaud you. To those who are embracing single with trepidation, I know it can be sometimes difficult to go at it alone while still somewhat in a pandemic environment. That’s when friends, colleagues, and Meet Up groups really come in handy. Stay strong.
However, there will be times when you really, really want to do something and can’t get anyone to buy-into your suggestion, that’s when you have to set fear aside and “JUST DO IT,” with caution. It is a process.
In the words of Ralph Waldo Emerson – “Every man has his own courage, and is betrayed because he seeks in himself the courage of other persons.”
On a happier note, I recently went to Aruba with some friends that I have known for over 30 years. We stayed at a very nice Airbnb with each person having their own private bedroom and bath. We shared a full dining, living and kitchen area along with a large, nicely decorated patio with swimming pool. We had easy access to the resorts for dining, sightseeing and shopping.
I made a short video which only provides a glimpse of the beautiful, blue ocean and my enjoyment. At the end of the video are pics taken during my layover in Charlotte, NC where I reconnected (and partied, lol) with someone whom I had met over 20 years ago and her friends.
Aruba is a beautiful island, and I was able to wind down, have fun, and relax. I hope you enjoy the vibe and video. Until next time…
